Let me introduce myself! My name is Kim Dermott.

I was born and raised in Canada in a large farming family. Where, naturally, I was surrounded by fresh produce and meat my entire life. We had a large garden with grapes, pears, and every other vegetable you can imagine. My mother cooked for our local hospital for many years.

I am now a full-time farm-based cook. I believe in good quality - fresh as much as possible!  I hope to unite people through food. We can share a meal, spend quality time together, try new products and eat healthy at a reasonable and fair price.
